Dashboard Overview

Main Sections

1. Overview Stats (Top Row)

Four key metrics you see immediately:

Today’s Cost

  • Total spent today
  • Comparison vs yesterday (% change)
  • Color-coded: green if saving, red if spending more

This Week

  • 7-day rolling total
  • Trend graph (sparkline)
  • Week-over-week comparison

This Month

  • Month-to-date total
  • Days remaining in month
  • Projected monthly total

Total Saved

  • Your total savings from optimization
  • Based on before/after comparisons
  • Available on Pro tier

2. Cost Trend Graph

Interactive chart showing spending over time.

Time ranges:

  • Last 7 days
  • Last 30 days
  • Last 90 days (Pro)
  • Custom range (Pro)

Features:

  • Hover for exact values
  • Click to drill down by day
  • Export as PNG/CSV

3. Cost by Model

Pie chart + table showing breakdown by AI model.

Shows:

  • Model name (gpt-4, claude-3-opus, etc.)
  • Total calls
  • Total cost
  • Percentage of total spending
  • Average cost per call

Sort by:

  • Cost (default)
  • Call count
  • Model name

4. Recent API Calls

Table of your last 20 API calls.

Columns:

  • Timestamp (relative time)
  • Model
  • Tokens (prompt + completion)
  • Cost
  • Latency
  • Status (✅ success, ❌ error)

Actions:

  • Click row to see full details
  • Filter by model, status, date
  • Export to CSV (Pro)

5. Cost by Customer (Pro)

If you tag calls with customer IDs, see per-customer costs.

Features:

  • Top 10 most expensive customers
  • Total spent per customer
  • Calls per customer
  • Click to see customer details

If you tag calls with feature names, see which features cost the most.

  • Search: Find specific calls by model, cost, or customer
  • Date range: Filter all data by time range
  • Refresh: Manual refresh (auto-refreshes every 30s)

Real-Time Updates

Dashboard updates automatically:

  • Every 30 seconds - Stats refresh
  • Live badge - Green dot when connected
  • Manual refresh - Click refresh icon anytime

API calls appear in your dashboard within 10 seconds of completion.

Filters & Search

Global Filters

Apply to all dashboard sections:

  • Date range - Last 7d, 30d, 90d, custom
  • Model - Filter by specific models
  • Status - Success, error, or all
  • Customer - Filter by customer ID (Pro)

Search supports:

  • Model names: gpt-4, claude-3
  • Customer IDs: customer_123
  • Cost ranges: >$1, {'<'}$0.50
  • Date: today, yesterday, last week

Exporting Data

CSV Export (Pro tier):

  1. Apply filters (optional)
  2. Click Export button
  3. Choose format: CSV or JSON
  4. Download file

Exported data includes:

  • All visible columns
  • Applied filters
  • Current date range
  • Timestamps in ISO 8601 format

Customization

Dashboard Layout (Pro)

Customize your dashboard:

  1. Click Customize (top right)
  2. Drag widgets to reorder
  3. Hide/show widgets
  4. Save layout

Default View

Set your default dashboard view:

  1. Go to Settings → Preferences
  2. Choose Default time range
  3. Choose Default widgets
  4. Save
